Flexi disc released in 1980 on Mode Records… released with two completely different variants of the label design… the more common “Paint It Black” design labels were for the version that came free with the Paint It Black singles… this variant was produced to be given away with various fanzines and at gigs… vinyl is VG+ and comes in a plastic outer sleeve…
