Chi-Chi the Chihuahua plush barking, walking puppy with a gingham bandana.  This Westminster brand plush toy walks and barks great, is a little dusty from sitting on a shelf, and his bandana is a little loose.  I couldn’t get the knot untied.  Good played with condition.
