Breaks are a format where buyers purchase spots/shares in products that are opened live on stream.

By purchasing or bidding on a spot, you confirm that you understand and agree to the break format and rules below.

? PACK OPENING THRESHOLDS

Packs are opened when the following total sales thresholds for the break are reached:

Ascended Heroes

* $150 total sales reached = 4 Ascended Heroes packs opened live

Pokémon 151

* $232 total sales reached = 4 Pokémon 151 packs opened live

These are sales thresholds ? NOT the price of an individual spot.

For example, once combined sales for the relevant break reach $150, 4 Ascended Heroes packs will be opened live.

Additional packs are opened each time the applicable threshold is reached again.

? HOW SPOTS WORK

* Spots are assigned randomly.

* Each spot represents a specific hit card/character.

* Your purchase does not guarantee that your assigned hit will be pulled.

* If your assigned card is pulled from the packs opened, the card belongs to you.

* If your assigned card is not pulled, you will still receive bulk cards.

* All applicable packs are opened live on stream.

? EXAMPLE

If your randomly assigned spot is Charizard ex:

* Charizard ex is pulled ? you receive the Charizard ex.

* Charizard ex is not pulled ? you receive bulk cards instead.

Purchasing a spot does not mean you are purchasing an individual sealed pack.

? BULK DISTRIBUTION ? IMPORTANT

Bulk cards are distributed across the entire stream.

* Bulk is not necessarily from the specific packs/set associated with your spot.

* You may receive bulk cards from any set opened during the stream.

* Bulk is provided when your assigned hit is not pulled.

Please understand the format before purchasing.

* This is a randomised pack-break spot, not the purchase of an individual pack.

* There is no guarantee of receiving a hit card.

* Packs are opened according to the sales thresholds disclosed above.

* Spots are randomly assigned.

* Everything is opened live on stream.

* Purchasing/bidding means you have read and accepted the break format and rules.

* Cancellations/change-of-mind requests after the break has commenced may not be accepted, subject to eBay policies and applicable consumer law.
