This item is a WWE WWF LJN figure of former WWF WWF NWA WCW Portland Wrestling star Billy Jack Haynes.   He was produced in 1987 by LJN Toys as part of Series 4. Figure is in good condition with only minor wear to his boots, tattoos and wristbands.  He includes his hat which is usually lost.    Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
