Pommery vasque à champagne/ champagne cooler extra large on pedestal with its matching round platter. 

Very rare - collector's item.

Crafted in pewter this is a truly magnificent vasque à champagne. 

Beautiful beading work around the top rim and the gorgeous Name Pommery  on both sides of the vasque. It comes with its matching round plateau/ tray which can be used for resting the vasque when not in use and then for glasses during champagne service. 

The vasque is incredibly elegant but at the same time robust weighing 6.61 lbs/ 3.5kgs. It is large enough for several champagne bottles. 

The vasque and plateau being sold are the vasque and plateau shown on the pictures and the video - so a Buyer can assess the condtion : excellent used vintage condition, no dents or major scratches. The beading is taking on a darker patina which adds to the character.  The plate is also in good vintage condition,with a very slight warping as pewter does. 

The bottom of the vasque is covered with a black felt so as not to damage the plateau.
