This is a Shimano 17 Vanquish 1000S FW-TUNE spinning reel.
It comes equipped with a REVIVE Funnel 45mm single carbon spinning handle.

I purchased this item brand new.
I am listing it for sale because I bought a new reel and no longer have a use for this one.
It was used for area trout fishing. I handled it with care—using a rod stand and never laying the rod directly on the ground—so it is in excellent condition with no significant scratches (though I may have overlooked extremely minor scuffs).
As far as I can tell, the rotation of both the reel and the handle is smooth and feels normal.
However, since it is a used item, I have listed its condition as "showing some signs of use/scratches."
