DYNEPRO ENGINES provides warranty covers the Engine Block for 1 year from the date of delivery. It only applies to new, original parts and is non-transferable—only valid for the original purchaser. To activate the warranty, the engine must be installed by a professional repair shop within 60 days. There are specific maintenance and installation requirements, including photo/video documentation for any claims. If the engine is defective, it may be repaired or replaced based on how long it has been in use, with a prorated refund schedule.

Warranty

1. Warranty Scope and Duration

Covered Parts: This warranty applies only to the "Long Block" engine and covers new parts exclusively.

Duration: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of product delivery and receipt.

Ownership Limitation: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

2. Installation Requirements

Time Limit: Installation must be completed within 60 days of receipt, or the warranty will be void.

Installation Location: The engine must be installed by a professional auto repair shop.

Certification: Customers must provide an official installation invoice and proof of technician certification (ASE certification is preferred; other equivalent certifications must be submitted for review).

3. Required Documentation (Mandatory)

To process any claim, the following documents must be provided and must match the original order:

Proof of delivery receipt.

Shipping tracking number label (original package shipping label).

Photos of the product label and engine serial number (must be clear and visible).

4. Excluded Parts

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any external covers, seals, gaskets, external accessories (such as promotional items), or components not included in the Long Block assembly. If the timing cover, valve cover, or oil pan differs due to the model year or application, please replace them with your original components.

5. Warranty and Prorated Refund Policy

Single Claim Policy: Only one repair or replacement is allowed under this warranty. Once fulfilled, the warranty will terminate and cannot be extended.

Prorated Refund: If a refund is issued (through eBay), it will be calculated as follows:

0 – 3 months: Full refund (100%).

3 – 6 months: 80% refund.

6 – 12 months: 50% refund.

Excluded Costs: We do not cover labor costs, towing fees, shipping costs, rental vehicle reimbursement, or any indirect damages.

6. Customer Obligations

Pre-lubrication: The engine must be pre-lubricated with oil before initial startup to ensure proper lubrication of internal parts.

Initial Maintenance: The engine must be idled for 2 hours after installation, followed by an immediate oil and filter change.

Break-in Maintenance: For the first 1,000 miles, the engine must be driven gently (keep RPM under 4,000). A mandatory oil change must be performed at 500 miles, with the receipt kept as proof.

Component Replacement Recommendations: For belt-driven engines, we recommend replacing the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner. For chain-driven engines, slight chain noise at the beginning of installation is normal.

7. Exclusions and Warranty Voiding Situations

The warranty will automatically be void in the following cases:

Installation by a non-professional auto repair shop.

Failure to follow the break-in, pre-lubrication, or maintenance procedures.

Misuse: racing, competition, off-roading, overspeeding, or overheating.

Tampering: unauthorized disassembly of the cylinder head, internal parts, or removal of the serial number plate.

Lubrication issues: running the engine without oil, using contaminated fluids, or improper coolant levels.

8. Claim Process and Video Requirements

If you encounter an issue, please contact us immediately. Claims must include the following video/photo documentation:

Proof of Delivery and Unboxing Video: You must provide a photo of the delivery receipt and a full unboxing video.

Fault Diagnosis Video: 1–5 minutes in length (formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI are acceptable), showing:

Clear visibility of the engine serial number plate.

Specific symptoms (e.g., knocking sound, oil leak location).

Engine startup/running (if possible), with timestamp.

Feedback Timeline: Our engineer will provide an initial diagnosis within 2–3 business days after receiving all required submissions.

Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent after-sales service. Please carefully read the following policy before making your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, applicable only to non-warranty situations.

Before requesting a warranty claim or return, customers must contact us and obtain a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA will be refused (no exceptions).

Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. COD returns will be refused.

Processing warranty claims or returns may take up to 7 business days, with the customer service department and repair engineer technical team reviewing the case together.

Electronic parts (such as ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, etc.) are non-refundable once opened, damaged, or tampered with (unless explicitly stated as returnable).

For non-quality returns, refunds will be the total amount paid for the product. For undamaged non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order cancellations must be requested by email within 24 hours of purchase.

Unopened items that are returned will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and no exceptions.
