Landmark set, the first edition, volumes 1-6 published by the Deseret News between 1902 and 1912, with the Apostolic Interregnum vol 7 coming later in 1932.
Remarkably nice set - dark blue cloth bindings, with gilt on front covers and spine. Text and endpapers are CLEAN, bindings crisp and nice. Only notable flaw is on Vol 7, where much of the gilt on front cover has peeled and fallen off (spine is okay though). Any other flaws are minor, noted in volume list below:
Vol I, 1902 - excellent
Vol II, 1904 - excellent, note the height of the binding is about 1/8" shorter than the rest - can see this best in second picture. Just a result of printing variation on the staggered release.
Vol III, 1905 - excellent
Vol VI, 1908 - excellent
Vol V, 1909, tiny ding along top edge of front board, else excellent
Vol VI, 1912 - excellent
Vol VII, 1932 - as noted, much of the gilt on front cover has loosened and fallen off. Dark blue of binding matches the others, assumed first printing - tough to find for this volume. Binding clean and nice.
