Up for sale is a genuine, vintage Boyce MotoMeter "DeLuxe" Model radiator temperature gauge. This iconic piece of "automobilia" was the standard for engine monitoring during the brass and nickel eras of motoring (circa 1910s–1920s).
This particular unit features the ornate brass laurel leaf bezel and the "DeLuxe" script on the front face. The reverse side features the classic temperature scale with instructions for "Summer Average" and "Danger Steam" ranges, intended to be read by the driver from behind the wheel.
