 This company was a manufacturer of

FiNE COSMETiCS and TOiLET PREPARATiONS.  

Great content to this letter.  It has a facsimile signature of

PERCY GRAHAM

who is listed as the secretary.

CONDITION:  Normal letter folds, tiny hole upper right corner area, some toning but still in quite good condition.  The white "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead. 

Approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".
