Here's the main cooling assembly for a ps3 slim cech 2001a. The fan has been tested and works fine. It has also been cleaned of most dust.

The heatsink assembly has two out of four screws, two are missing. It still holds together  quite well though, just a little more open on the edges. The fan includes its two screws as well. No CPU/GPU clamps included.
