I have several listings with the Chelsea Pottery, these came from a house clearance and were covered in decades of dust! It was that thick you couldn't see any of the floral designs or even the colour of the collection.

Personally I think this has probably helped with keeping their original colour as once cleaned they truly had a bit of a wow factor.
