• We ship within 3 business days after payment, Monday through Friday. Weekend shipments are not available as carriers do not operate.
• All items are sent with a tracking number, so you can always track your delivery status.
• Items valued at $1,200 USD or below are shipped via Japan Post. Items valued over $1,200 USD are shipped via FedEx for faster and more secure delivery.
• Shipping is only available to the address registered on eBay. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your eBay address before placing an order.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we cannot issue a refund or resend the item.

For US Buyers:

• All items are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties are included in the price. No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

For Buyers Outside the United States:

• All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
• Please check your country's customs regulations before purchasing.

Return / Refund Policy

• If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of the shipment, no refund will be issued for the item or shipping costs.
