both work and charge. you don't need a sim to go on these either. ones tesco mobile (white one) and the black one im unsure of. the white one has a loudspeaker radio which works extremely well from what I've tried on it. perfect for younger kids, or someone older who doesn't use a smartphone. can stick a memory card in up to 16gb on them and use them as a music player as I'm so close to using the white one for myself. brilliant little things they are. speaker works perfect on them both. see pics for everything. both as a bundle. micro USB the old Samsung one they both take and the white one has a headphone jack. sold as seen. no returns. no charger included but will charge both fully
