Here is an antique english chess board. Similar to the ones made by Jaques London an Leuchars in the 19th century, designed as a “faux book” it looks like a book when closed. The wooden structure is bounded in leather.

The book is old and as you can see there is a bit of wear on it. But it is still functional and has a nice vintage antique look.

The book is approximately 30 x 30 cm.
