This industrial oil mist filter cartridge utilizes multi-layer composite filter material paired with a wide pleat spacing folding structure, and features an external metal protective mesh, ensuring sufficient ventilation and increased dust and oil holding capacity. It is specifically designed to deeply intercept and purify cutting fluid mist, oil fumes, and emulsion aerosols generated by machining equipment such as CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and engraving machines. The filtered clean air can be directly discharged indoors.
The filter element is resistant to compression and deformation, making it less prone to premature clogging. It is easy to disassemble and replace, which not only improves the workshop operating environment but also prevents oil mist from eroding machine circuits and precision components, reducing equipment failure and loss. With two outer diameter specifications, it can be matched with industrial oil mist recovery and purification equipment of different air volumes.
