Description

Artist, Donald Van Dyke was commissioned to make these sketches of the death of the decommisioned USS Enterprise. This mighty flattop was in nearly every major Pacific battle during WWII. Lots of sketches detailing the dismantling of the ship and a bit of it's history.
 
This is an original 7 page magazine article from 1960.
Pages measure 6 ½” x 9”
