Six grit levels in one set with five discs of each. The set contains 30 discs in total, five each of 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000 and 3000 grit, covering the progression from 800 up to 3000. Grit refers to the average particle diameter, so the smaller the number the coarser the disc, and the larger the number the finer it is. The discs are electro coated so the grit is distributed uniformly across the surface, and are designed to resist clogging with anti-static properties, good flexibility and wear resistance. They can be used dry or wet, and work more effectively wet because particles wash away from the grinding surface instead of building up. Each disc grips to a hook and loop backing pad fitted to an orbital sander, DA disc sander or angle grinder. Suitable for mould surface precise sanding, stone, lacquer surfaces, mirror surface work such as headlamp polishing, wood and furniture finishing, drywall sanding and automotive metal polishing.
| 30 Discs Across 6 Grits Five discs each of 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000 and 3000 grit, covering the full fine sanding and polishing progression. |
Hook And Loop Backing Grips to a hook and loop backing pad on an orbital sander, DA disc sander or angle grinder. |
| Wet Or Dry Use Usable both ways, and more effective wet as clogging is reduced by particles washing away from the surface. |
Electro Coated Grit Coating process distributes the abrasive grain uniformly across the disc face. |
| Anti-Static And Anti-Clogging Designed to resist clogging and static build-up during use. |
Flexible And Wear Resisting Good flexibility with wear resistance for repeated use. |
| Waterproof Construction Described by the supplier as waterproof sanding discs, harder wearing than standard white dry sandpaper. |

| 1 | Fit a matching hook and loop backing pad to your orbital sander, DA disc sander or angle grinder. |
| 2 | Press the disc onto the backing pad so it grips evenly across the full face. |
| 3 | Select your starting grit, remembering that the smaller the grit number the coarser the disc, and the larger the number the finer it is. |
| 4 | Use dry, or wet the disc with water for a finer result and reduced clogging. |
| 5 | Work up through the grit levels in sequence for the smoothest finish. |
| 6 | Choose the right grit for the project rather than starting too fine or too coarse. |
