This high-speed steel (HSS) bevel gear milling cutter features a standard tooth profile with a 20° pressure angle and is designed for the form milling of straight-toothed bevel gears on milling machines. Available in multiple module sizes ranging from M1 to M8, it features high hardness after quenching, excellent wear resistance during cutting, and consistent tooth profile accuracy. Suitable for conventional workpieces such as carbon steel and cast iron, it is a commonly used form milling tool for both batch production of mechanical gears and repair of individual components.
