saab 900 Turn signal switch- removed from a 1992 that was recently scrapped.  Yes, it stays UP when making a right turn.  good used working condition.  Cosmetically used but fully functional.  This has the black connector rather than the white connector used on the earlier cars.  This is part number 9565623
