CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Preorders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After the first 12 hours, all preorder sales are considered final. Cancellation, quantity-change, or product-change requests will not be accepted because inventory is secured based on confirmed preorder quantities.

This includes cancellation requests caused by:

• The market price increasing
• The market price decreasing
• Finding the product for a lower price elsewhere
• Changing your mind after inventory has been secured

Exceptions apply if JLCollects cannot fulfill the order, a qualifying supplier delay occurs, or a cancellation or refund is otherwise required under eBay policy or applicable law.

PRICE-LOCK POLICY

Your preorder price is permanently locked when you purchase.

If the market price rises after your order is placed, you will not be charged more. If the market price falls, the original purchase price will not be reduced or adjusted.

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMELINE

JLCollects currently expects to begin shipping orders on or around August 8, 2026.

We always aim to fulfill preorders as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to seven business days after the official release or inventory-availability date for fulfillment.

If the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier delays delivery, orders will ship within two business days of JLCollects receiving the inventory.

If a supplier-related delay exceeds five business days, customers may request a refund. Any significant delay or updated shipping information will be communicated through eBay.

INVENTORY AND FULFILLMENT

JLCollects only opens preorders when we reasonably expect to receive inventory through our trusted supplier network. We do not intentionally oversell preorder products.

Occasionally, manufacturers or suppliers may reduce allocations, delay delivery, or experience shortages outside our control. If this happens, JLCollects may wait for replacement inventory or issue a full refund depending on the circumstances.

ADDRESS CHANGES

PAYMENT

Payment must be received within five business days of placing the preorder. If payment is not received within that period, the order may be canceled.

RETURNS AND OPENED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of sealed collectible products and preorder inventory, returns are generally not accepted unless approved by JLCollects or required by eBay policy or applicable law.

Opened booster boxes or packs cannot be returned based on card pulls, card values, duplicate cards, centering, print quality, or the absence of a desired card.

FACTORY DEFECTS

Minor factory wrapping imperfections, print variations, packaging marks, or manufacturer-related defects are outside JLCollects’ direct control and do not automatically indicate tampering.

If a legitimate product problem occurs, please contact us before opening or altering the product. We will do our best to find a reasonable solution consistent with eBay’s policies.

QUANTITY AND ORDER PROTECTION

JLCollects reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders reasonably believed to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended to bypass store policies or quantity limits.
