For your consideration, I am offering a page removed from a Boston Red Sox scorebook or program from 1950. I was able to determine the year by checking old Boston Red Sox schedules. On the page with the empty scorebox, the games listed with Philadelphia in September coincide with the 1950 Red Sox schedule.

The side of the page with the Chesterfield cigarette Ted Williams endorsement was signed by Hall of Famer Phil Rizzuto.
