This is OJ Records 1007, a label out of Memphis, Tennessee, a 45 RPM/7" R&B doo-wop original record for My Baby Left Me w/Angel and A Rose.  The labels are VG+ with very faint ring wear and a number written in grease pencil on B.  The 45 visually grades VG+ on B on the play area on both sides but is VG in the dead wax.
