I have listed this as spares or repairs as I am unsure of its history - there is some of what looks to be epoxy on the seatstay, I am not sure if this is in relation to a structural or cosmetic issue. The frame also has some cosmetic blemishes such as paint chips etc. The headset bearings will need replaced.
