 Its designed to fit the Nikon DSLR DX series cameras and FX series in crop mode and the Nikon D3000 & D5000 series as has a built in AF HSM motor. It was tested on the Nikon D5 and was working really well and is a great value money lens that comonly used and popular for birding and wildlife etc.
