Hardware specifications—including pressure, crimping range, dimensions, weight, and die configuration—are identical to the standard model. The key difference is the built-in solenoid valve, which is activated by an electronically controlled foot switch to initiate crimping. The electronically controlled foot switch offers lower resistance and a shorter stroke, reducing foot fatigue during prolonged assembly line operations, effectively increasing daily production capacity, and providing faster crimping response times; Depending on requirements, jog and delayed pressure-holding functions can be added, and the machine is designed with provisions for simple automation upgrades to facilitate integration with other production line equipment. It is compatible with all specifications of cold-crimp terminals, ensuring consistent crimping standards.
