Here is an advertisement flyer for the Hotel Pomeroy which was located at Broadway and Central Park in New York City.  This has a picture of the hotel on the front and opens to a letter written by the proprietors Rohde & Moss, describing how the hotel has been newly renovated and telling of its features like every room is an outside room.  The back has a picture of a coat of arms.  This isn't dated, but I did some research and found news articles on the hotel dated in the 1890s.  One from October of 1894 mentions that Rohde is the proprietor, then another article dated February of 1898 mentions that the Hotel Pomeroy is now called The Ogden.  So, I am guessing that this hotel changed names by 1898 and this flyer would have been printed before that.  The flyer has some rough spots around edges and bent corners.  I don't know if this building is still standing today.  There is a tear in the crease at the fold, and some small nips at the top of the front page.  Some discoloration.   It is not missing anything and the printing is clear.  Great for the advertising collector or historian.  If you like old photographs and ephemera, please check out my eBay store and the other old photos and things I have listed.  Many different subjects, time periods and places!  I mail all my old photos in envelopes with cardboard to keep them from being bent.  I do combine postage whenever possible.
