Q2: If I need 250mm, 1000mm scales with 2axis digital readout, how should I do?
Answer: You can select the 250MM (10"), 1000MM (40") and 2Axis Digital Readout add in your cart, then make the payment together, we will ship them in one kit to you.
Q3: If I need a scale like 255mm, can you offer it?
Answer: 250mm is enough, its measuring range can reach up to 270mm, so you can use if you need to measure 255mm.
Q4: How to switch Mill type to Lathe type?

Q5: Does the DRO support switching between Metric and Imperial units?
A: Yes. The display unit supports easy toggling between Millimeters (mm) and Inches (inch) using the dedicated button on the panel.

A: You should match the Travel Length of the scales to the maximum travel range of your machine's X, Y, or Z axis. Always ensure your machine has enough physical clearance to accommodate the Total Length (Travel + 140mm).
Q8: What type of interface does the unit have? Can I use it with my existing scales?
A: Our units use a standard DB9 (9-pin) connector. The pinout configuration is: Pin 1: +5V, Pin 2: 0V, Pin 3: A-signal, Pin 4: B-signal (Pins 5-9 are vacant). Please verify this matches your existing equipment; if it does not, please contact our customer service.
