Schreiner New York clip-on earrings with white faceted rhinestones and an amber colored center stone. One earring is missing the clip (see picture).  The other earrings are in great shape and have white and blue glass stones around the perimeter and a blue swirl plastic center stone. The clip-ons on this set are mismatched, with one marked Pat Pend. This second set is not signed, other than the Pat Pend mark.
