Manufactured in France in the early 20th century, it bears a clear guarantee stamp: "LAMPE - PIGEON Garantie VERITABLE" and a seal of authenticity—an image of a dove on a globe. The lamp body and handle are also adorned with interesting engravings, including images of medals awarded at the 1885 Paris World's Fair.
