Vintage 1974 Frederick Warren 7 Opening Blue Abstract Art Glass Vase

Signed and dated by artist on underside. I believe the date is 74. Measures 7" in length and is 6" in depth, and stands 6 3/8" in height. Great condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks. There is a small fold in the glass on the crossover section on the top, it almost appears to be a crack but it is just the way the glass formed while being made, see photo.
