Premium Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Application Instructions

Our high-quality Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is perfect for applying to T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, baby clothing, tote bags, sportswear, workwear, and many other cotton or polyester garments. Follow the instructions below for the best long-lasting results.

🧺 Home Iron Application

1. Remove the clear backing sheet and place the HTV design onto your garment in the correct position.
2. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or parchment/baking paper.
3. Heat your iron to a medium setting (150°C–160°C) with NO steam.
4. Apply medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds, ensuring every part of the design receives even heat.
5. Carefully peel away the backing sheet.
6. Replace the parchment paper or Teflon sheet and press again for a further 5 seconds to achieve maximum adhesion.

Washing & Care Instructions

✔ Leave your garment for 24 hours before the first wash.
✔ Wash inside out at 30°C or below.
✔ Use a gentle wash cycle where possible.
✔ Do not tumble dry.
✔ Do not iron directly onto the vinyl design.
✔ Air drying is recommended for maximum durability.
