The note has been laminated, as you can see in pictures 3 and 4!

IE - IT IS ENCASED IN NON REMOVABLE PLASTIC

It's a rare note though and a large one at that - 21.5cm x 11.3cm

Please look at the photographs for the rest of the condition, even with the laminatintion

it would still be a nice addition to someones collection
