How to use: Soak in a warm bath for at least 10–15 minutes to soften the skin before use — this is essential for effective exfoliation. Do not use soap or shower gel before exfoliating, as it will reduce the friction needed for the mitt to work. Slip the mitt over your hand and rub firmly in long strokes along the body. Dead skin will visibly roll off the surface. Rinse thoroughly after use. Use once every 1–2 weeks — over-exfoliation can irritate skin. Rinse the mitt and allow to dry between uses.
