We have made these Tudor Dormer doors hundreds of times. We have made them for Harry Potter themed castles and one local customer bough 4 for his church remodel. You can add all kinds of amazing hardware to this. Our blacksmiths are incredible. This is reclaimed 75+ year old reclaimed Doug Fir. If you want a file of all of the doors we make text 760 270 0956. Many customers draw the straps they want and we make them. A reclaimed lumber door with a tall pointed Gothic arch shape, crafted from mixed-width weathered wood planks that showcase natural grain patterns, knots, and variations in tone. The door features a broad lower panel, a large central panel framed by horizontal rails, and a tapered upper section that follows the arch of the opening. Near the top sits a small black wrought-iron speakeasy grille with simple handcrafted styling. Thick solid wood stiles and an arched surround emphasize the storybook character of the design, giving it the appearance of an old-world cottage, woodland chapel, or fairytale retreat. The overall look is rustic, handcrafted, and timeless, blending reclaimed lumber warmth with medieval-inspired architecture.

Solid wood not fillers no veneers just real wood nearly 2" thick. We deliver with our own driver to make sure it gets to you safely.

We can remake this again in your size. I need the rough opening/jamb width/swing of the door/exterior material for trim and you get a second set for the interior. I will send you glass choices. This will come pre hung in the frame two sets of casing and your glass choice. This has a threshold and we can kerf the jamb and put in weatherstripping.

This will come unstained BUT We do have an off site guy who is very good and if you want us to stain the doors we will give you a price.  Usually between $700 for a single door up to $1100 for a double door. You will need to choose a Minwax oil penetrating stain color and he will buy it and stain. This is separate from the work order and we collect this up front to give to the finisher. He will stain and clear coat.

The finisher will sand the wood with 220 grit sand paper. Apply oil penetrating stain and sealer and sand with 400 grit. A coat of poly and sand with 600 grit. Another coat of poly and sand with 1000 grit and then apply wood oil with UV protection.
