Please note that tracking may be generated prior to physical movement, and updates will appear once the parcel is scanned by Australia Post during transit.

Faulty or Not as Described

Warranty

All devices are backed by a 12-month return-to-base warranty (unless otherwise specified).

If a valid fault is confirmed:

The warranty period begins from the invoice date and is valid for 365 days.

How to Claim Warranty

Damaged on Arrival

All items are securely packaged and inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
