One of the most sought-after promos of 2025: it was released to celebrate the reopening of Pokémon Center Tohoku after its move from the 8th to the 3rd floor of the PARCO Sendai mall. The box could only be purchased through a lottery on the Pokémon Center Online (applications open June 13–17, 2025), making distribution extremely limited and the card very hard to find outside Japan.

The artwork, illustrated by Kouki Saitou, shows Pikachu in a kimono with a folding fan and white headband, dancing during a matsuri (Japanese summer festival): Poké Ball lanterns, rainbow streamers, flying petals, and a Victini alongside a second Pikachu celebrating in the background. A joyful, richly detailed scene capturing the spirit of Tohoku's festivals.
