This instrument plays well!. All valves are operating smoothly and properly. The first valve tuning slide is stuck, but all other tuning slides are moving and lubricated well.

Overall condition of the instrument is accurately portrayed in the pictures. I wanted to see how it would clean up, so I use some of our special polishing cloth, and this can be made to have a few more band seasons.

The mouthpiece that comes with It is a small shank Bach 6 1/2 AL. This is a fundamentally decent mouthpiece.

You could feasibly go right into band camp with this. But if I were you, I would at least have my favorite brass technician go through it maybe clean it a little and get that first valve tuning slide loose. Easy day.

The case still latches and secures the instrument well. We will ship carefully and safely.
