The date I got from googling harpers weekly gypsy camp...not sure if its the actual newspaper or a print as all the frame is taped up been in the family well over 60yrs the frame  has  quite a few scrapes on it as expected with age , please see all pics you are buying at your own risk but I will ensure that its wrapped well..
