Dmf-z series right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is a special electromagnetic valve specially designed for the matching use of bag type dust remover. Installation precautions are as follows:
1. During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install it where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards.
2. The solenoid valve shall ensure normal operation within the fluctuation range of 15% - 10% of the rated voltage.
3. After the solenoid valve is installed, there shall be no reverse differential pressure in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use.
4. The pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned before the installation of solenoid valve. The medium should be free of impurities. A filter is installed in front of the valve.
5. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device shall be installed to ensure the continuous operation of the system.
Troubleshooting:
1、 The solenoid valve does not work after being energized
Check whether the power wiring is poor → reconnect the wiring and connector
Check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± working range - → adjust to the normal position range
Whether the coil is desoldered → rewelded
Coil short circuit → replace coil
Whether the working differential pressure is inappropriate → adjust the differential pressure → or replace the matching solenoid valve
The fluid temperature is too high → replace the matching solenoid valve
The main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve are blocked by impurities → clean them. If the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install the filter
The liquid viscosity is too high, the frequency is too high and the service life has reached → replace the product
2、 Solenoid valve cannot be closed
The seal of the main valve core or iron moving core is damaged → replace the seal
Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → replace the corresponding solenoid valve
Impurities enter the valve core or moving iron core of the solenoid valve → clean it
Spring life has expired or deformed → replace
Orifice balance hole blocked → timely cleaning
Working frequency is too high or service life has reached → change products or update products
3、 Other situations
Internal leakage → check whether the seal is damaged and whether the spring is poorly assembled
Leakage → loose connection or broken seal → tighten screws or replace seals
There is noise during power on → the fasteners on the head are loose and tightened. The voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range. Adjust the voltage. Clean or replace the iron core in time if there are impurities or unevenness on the absorption surface.
