Simple Application

  1. Clean the repair area thoroughly using a suitable panel wipe.
  2. Key the surface using medium or coarse abrasive paper.
  3. Mix approximately 100 parts filler to 2 parts hardener.
  4. Apply evenly using a spreader.
  5. Allow approximately 20 minutes at 18°C before sanding.
  6. For best results finish using P80 abrasive paper.

Important Information

  • Suitable for low bake oven systems up to 80°C–90°C.
  • Do not use excessive hardener.
  • Never return unused mixed filler back into the tin.
  • Store in a cool, dry location.
  • Keep filler cool during summer and warmer during winter for optimum performance.
