Estate sale find no known history i could not tell you if this is purely decorative or could be used as a bird cage

Does have steel bar or rod frame is Wood

There is a Wood frame Metal pan that slides out on the bottom

Cage is 20 tall x 15 wide and with front steps 7 in deep
