If you order cake topper only you will receive cake topper and name and age, if you order charms only ypu will receive name and age and if you order both, you will receive everything you see in the picture.

This product takes 3-5 working days to be dispatched and then it takes 2-3 days in the post However this time period is not something we can guarantee as it due to the couriers once it leaves us.
