Returns Procedure

If you find an item unsuitable, you may return it for a refund within 28 days, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached.

In the case of receiving the wrong item or if your item is faulty, please contact us via eBay messages for assistance.

When returning your item, please include the following details inside your parcel:

  
Your invoice number
  
Your name and eBay user ID
  
Reason for return

We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

Please note, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or do not fit.

Shipping

 

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are usually despatched the same working day, subject to payment confirmation. During busy periods, orders may be processed and despatched within 1–2 working days after payment has cleared.

Please note: we do not process or despatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery timeframe (before contacting us):

UK orders: please allow up to 10 working days

International orders: please allow up to 15 working days

These timeframes allow sufficient time for Royal Mail and international carriers to complete delivery. We are unable to open delivery investigations or carrier searches until this period has passed. If your order has not arrived after this timeframe, please contact us and we will promptly assist.

All orders are carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Payment

 

All payments are securely processed through eBay Managed Payments.

eBay offers a range of secure payment options at checkout, which may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other locally supported methods.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order can be processed and dispatched.
