This spectacular New Old Stock (NOS) sample showcases a phenomenal, sculpted 3D dual-relief loop and shag texture with a plush 7/8+ inch profile from a legendary American manufacturer. Distributed under Armstrong's highly collectible "Country Hearth" product line in the flavorful "Orange Spice" colorway, this piece perfectly embodies the dramatic, bold color palettes of the early 1970s. The front face features an incredible multi-level texturing that intensely weaves vibrant oranges and off-white yarns. The complex multi-level layout creates a wonderful "autumn valley floor" look with incredible visual depth. This specific piece features premium golden-twined fabric lining completely bordering the edges, showing beautiful showroom craftsmanship. The reverse side features the original bright red Armstrong factory paper label pristine and fully intact on the tough, rigid burlap backing, complete with factory-punched showroom display holes. Condition Details: Pristine vintage NOS condition. Never used or walked on in any way; sat safely stacked for over 50 years. Burlap backing is exceptionally crisp, stiff, and perfectly preserved, with the factory label firmly attached and the colored edge lining clean and intact.
