For your protection and ours, we strongly request that you film one continuous, uncut video from the moment you receive the parcel, through opening the outer package, all the way to opening the product itself.

This protects both sides in the rare event of any dispute (damage in transit, claims of tampering, etc.). Without a continuous unboxing video, it is very difficult for either party to verify the condition of an item on arrival.

On our side, we maintain a strict video record of our entire packing process for every single order — including the product, its serial / certification number where applicable, and the sealing of the parcel — so you can buy with complete confidence.

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options. You may choose the method that best suits your needs at checkout.
If you need the item quickly, we recommend selecting the faster (Expedited) option.
Economy shipping may take longer for delivery and, depending on the method, may not include a tracking number.
Standard and Expedited shipping always include a tracking number.
Items ship from Taiwan within 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed. All items are carefully packed with protective sleeves and rigid / hard-case protection.
Shipping is only available to the address registered on eBay. If you wish to ship to a different address, please update it on eBay before placing the order.
We ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends, as carriers are closed.
We do not declare merchandise at a lower value or mark items as "gifts." This is prohibited by the customs regulations of Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and other countries. We declare the full purchase value on every customs form.
If your address is classified as a remote area by the carrier, an additional shipping fee may apply.

A note on seals & authenticity: Every item is verified authentic and factory-sealed before dispatch. Some items previously processed through third-party authentication services (e.g. marketplace authentication) may carry an authentication sticker; this does not affect authenticity. If anything about your item's seal looks unusual on arrival, please stop, keep filming, and contact us immediately with your unboxing video.

About Importer's Obligation

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to bidding or buying.

Please note that as of 2025–2026, many countries (including the United States and the European Union) have removed or reduced their low-value duty-free thresholds, so duties and/or VAT/GST may apply regardless of order value.
