On the possibility of the battery running low to soon or any other issues please get in touch for a refund/replacement. 

Also I have helped many customers who have been unable to pair or connect/charge earbuds. Sometimes cases/earbuds need certain buttons being touched or pressed a certain amount of times. Please contact me before assuming its not working.

If you need or want any spare charging wires or ear tips please leave a note in the order and Ill happily supply free of charge. (stock willing)
