Shipping & Protection

Small or delicate figures may be sent with print supports (sprues) still attached to prevent breakages during delivery.

Scale & Size

I sell models from multiple designers. Each designer sets their own scale.

Some models do not match exact heights, even if they’re meant to be similar.

Drainage Holes (Very Important)

Resin prints require drainage holes.

Before shipping, I seal these holes with cured resin so nothing leaks in transit.

These marks are:

Not uncured resin

Not glue

Not a defect

A light sand with fine sandpaper is all that’s needed before painting.

Returns & Replacements

I do not send replacement parts or models.

If an item is broken in transit, you may return it for a refund within 30 days.

No free replacements.

Returns will not be accepted because the description wasn’t read.

False defect claims related to normal print marks or sealed holes will be reported to eBay.
