Olympus Electronic Flash G40 Excellent+5 Shoe Mount Flash in original box Tested.  I bought this from a camera shop going out of business.  I believe they used it for demonstrations.  It includes the box but there is no bag.  I tested it and it works as it should.  It flashes for wide and telephoto operation at 3 levels and does multi-flash.
