It will be packed well for its travels. We try to recycle packing where possible.

IMPORTANT - Upon receipt of your package, please unpack it and check for any damage as soon as possible.

Vintage electronics do not like temperature changes, so please unpack the item and leave it for at least 12 hours to aclimatize BEFORE applying power to the unit.

   DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS

  •    You have 30 days warranty / returns for any item
   You MUST return the item in the exact same condition as supplied. For Example:
  •    Any supplied accessories must be returned.
  •   All items have a tamper proof barcode lable - if this is damaged or removed, you will not receive a full refund
  •    If supplied in its original packaging, it must be in the same condition as shown in the pictures - i,e no tape or damage
  •    Any items supplied in original packing are sent out in overpacking to protect the original box - you must do the same.
  •    If you received a brand new sealed item, it must be returned still sealed and unused for a full refund.
 If you return an item as faulty, and upon tested on its return, it is found to be working fine, we have the right to deduct our original & return postage costs plus a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
